Once it has been verified that your printer has a problem, you send it to service center and experts of Lexmark will repair and have it available for shipment or collection within the 3 business working days of the receipt of your printer.
Customer will be responsible for properly packing the machine and taking it to the Lexmark service center. The customer is responsible for any damage resulting from the customer's improper packing of the machine sent to Lexmark.
